Every property on BitAcre is purchased by a dedicated legal entity. Your tokens are shares in that entity, recorded both in the transfer agent's books and on-chain.

Buy a slice of vetted rental properties starting at $100. One SPV per property, one token class per SPV, full deed and title on file.
Monthly distributions
Net rental income is paid to token holders every month, in USD or stablecoin, pro-rata to your position.
Cash or crypto
Fund with ACH, wire, USDC or ETH. Crypto is converted at settlement, so the SPV only ever holds dollars.

Sign up with email, Google, Apple or Coinbase. Verify identity and accreditation once; it carries across every offering.

Pick a property
Browse listings with full underwriting: rent roll, comps, projected yield, risk notes and the SPV documents.

Fund your share
Choose your amount and pay with bank transfer or crypto. Tokens are issued when the offering closes.

Earn and track
Receive monthly distributions, watch valuation updates, and sell on the secondary window after the hold period.

Who can invest today

Reg D 506(c) offerings are open to verified accredited investors. A Reg A+ path for all US investors is on the roadmap.

What you actually own

Membership units in a property-specific LLC, mirrored as tokens. The operating agreement governs; the chain records.

Liquidity, honestly

Reg D shares carry a 12-month hold. After that, transfers happen in scheduled secondary windows — not an open market.
